Returns and exchanges
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: we do not cover return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging accompanied by your returns form. To start a return, you can do so via your customer account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Your order will be shipped same day if ordered before 1pm, and on the next working day if ordered after 1pm.
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates may vary and we do not cover customs charges at this time.
